"I stopped in to Shelby’s Book Shoppe last week looking for a few books to read over spring break. I instantly felt at home with the casual environment. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. I found more than enough books to keep me entertained for a while, and I will most definitely be returning in the future for my reading needs. They had books from every genre I could imagine. Romance, western, self-help, action, mystery, children’s, young adult. This shop has a way of making you feel like ‘part of the crew’ by being friendly and inviting to every customer. The shop’s dog, Ellie, was found sleeping near a pile of books in her dog bed. These guys really know their books. They were able to point me in the direction of any specific title, genre, or author with ease."
